SHIPPING

All products are shipped using all major carrier services.  Shipping times vary based on which products you purchase.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted during check out. There will be no refunds or credits issued due to address errors. In the event of an item bring successfully returned to us because of an address error, the purchaser will be responsible for covering shipping cost to resend the  purchase. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once items are showing scanned into the selected carriers(USPS, UPS, FEdex or DHL’s) system, please adhere to the carrier and tracking number provided regarding arrival times, delivery status or lost items. 

All preorder item shipping time are listed under products and are subjected to longer wait times for shipping and processing. 

 

Processing starts 2-5 business days after an order is placed. Orders placed after 12pm EST starts processing the following business day.  Please allow 2-4 business days for your item to arrive after processing and shipping. These time frames are only estimates and we do not have control over the effectiveness of the carrier services once the items leave our facility.
 

For custom order items, please allow 14-21 days of processing, completion and shipping as these items are made to order.


All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday. All orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
